Patrick Kane will find 2 inches of space, and he will fill it every time. That is not a sexual innuendo.
(Yes it is)
Kane’s goal bumped him up to 4th in the league with 48 points in 49 games:
Goals from forwards Richard Panik, Marian Hossa and a 4-point outing from Jonathan Toews propelled the Blackhawks to a 4-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks.
Defensemen Brain Campbell reached 500 career points on an apple to Panik for the first goal of the game. Campbell was not the only player in red chasing a milestone: Goalie Corey Crawford found himself among elite company becoming the fourth Blackhawks’ goalie to reach 200 wins.
The other three? Glen Hall, Ed Belfour and Tony Esposito. (All are in the hall of fame…)
The Hawks have won three straight after losing a tough one to division combatant Minnesota.
The team is a couple of deadline moves away from making another deep run into the playoffs, and I’m #done with any news source that wants to see the dynasty smolder.
Something to work on…
